Ayah support

Support for Ayah - Scroll the Quran from Derek Tran.

Contact: support@parksync.net. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps leading to the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, or private reflections.

Reading and language

Swipe vertically to read, or use Browse and Search to find a surah or reference such as 94:5. Choose primary and optional secondary reading languages in Settings. The complete Arabic Quran and 15 translations are bundled; some interface copy uses English. Javanese, Sundanese, and Turkmen do not have bundled Quran translations. Punjabi uses Gurmukhi and Uzbek text uses Cyrillic.

Audio does not play

Recitation streams from the Islamic Network CDN and needs internet. Check your connection and try again. Quran text remains available offline while your membership or introduction permits access.

Membership and purchases

The first use starts a 48-hour introduction. Paid membership is required on the next launch or return after that period. Open Settings and choose Explore membership to see plans sooner. An eligible annual seven-day Apple trial is separate from that introduction. Apple shows the applicable localized price and confirms any purchase.

Use Restore on the membership screen with the Apple Account used to purchase. For an active membership, Settings provides Manage membership. You can also manage or cancel through Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests; see Apple's refund instructions.

Bookmarks, reflections, and lost data

These are stored on your device with no Ayah account or remote sync. Device backups may include them. Removing the app can erase local data, and support cannot restore it. You can remove bookmarks and edit or remove reflections in the app.

Report a text or display concern

Send the surah and ayah reference, selected language, app version, and a description of the concern. Translations interpret the meaning and do not replace the Arabic Quran. Source credits are available in the app. Ayah does not generate religious explanations.
